* ASTRAZENECA PHARMA INDIA: Said it has received a notice from AstraZeneca UK for
termination of distribution arrangements for antibiotic drug Meronem in India.

* AUROBINDO PHARMA: Plans to launch 19 products in the US in the next two or three quarters. The US Food and Drug Administration made minor observations on the company's bulk drug unit in
Rajasthan, but unit-7 and unit-12 of the Hyderabad facility were cleared in the recent inspections.

* EROS INTERNATIONAL MEDIA: "Happy Bhag Jayegi", a film co-produced and distributed by the company and released on Friday, garnered 139.6 mln rupees in India ticket sales in its opening weekend.

* INDUSIND BANK: Has entered into a three-year agreement with IBM for using the latter's cloud
commerce solutions to improve its cross-sell platforms.

 * INTERGLOBE AVIATION: Said Singapore Airlines' low-cost arm Tigerair has not asked it to return any of the aircraft leased by it before the end of the lease term.

* ITC: Has filed a case against BRITANNIA INDUSTRIES for allegedly copying portions of biscuit
packaging in the latter's 'NutriChoice Digestive Zero' brand.

* JET AIRWAYS: Will offer seat selection service to all economy passengers for a fee.

* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA: With a pipeline of around 20 products, the company's truck and bus
division is looking to become a full-range commercial vehicle player over the next two to three years.

* POWER GRID CORP OF INDIA: Has sought the approval of its shareholders to raise up to 140 bln rupees in 2017-18 (Apr-Mar) through issue of bonds.

* TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES: Has paid $26 mln to the US district Orange County to settle a
case for not meeting the terms of a $6.4-mln contract for building a property tax system for the latter in California.

* TATA GLOBAL BEVERAGES: Group chairman Cyrus Mistry said restructuring or sale of China
operations is being explored as operations there have not stabilised. The goods and services tax will have an inflationary impact on tea, which might lead to a rise in prices of the beverage.
