* ADITYA BIRLA CAPITAL: Arm Aditya Birla ARC has got an in-principle approval from the Reserve Bank of India for setting up an asset reconstruction company.

* ALLAHABAD BANK: Has raised up to 1 bln rupees Basel-III compliant additional tier-I capital through private placement of bonds.

* BANK OF INDIA: Plans to raise at least 5 bln rupees through the issuance of Basel-III compliant tier-I bonds and has sought bids between 1130 IST and 1200 IST.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Its 4G subscribers may soon be able to browse the internet and stream videos at
nearly three times the present day average 4G speed.

* BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS: Has received shareholders' approval for its proposal to issue one new equity bonus share for every two existing shares.

 * DENA BANK: Life Insurance Corp of India has acquired 4.52% stake in the public-sector bank in the open market.

* EROS INTERNATIONAL MEDIA: Parent Eros International has said that a class action lawsuit filed against it has been dismissed by a US court.

* GODREJ PROPERTIES: Has raised 5 bln rupees through the issuance of unsecured redeemable nonconvertible debentures maturing in three years at a coupon rate of 7.82%.

* IDBI BANK: Sold 5.32 mln shares, or 1% stake, in Small Industries Development Bank of India on
Friday.

* IFCI: Has approved selling 4.24 mln shares, or 0.86% stake, in the National Stock Exchange, according to a release by the company.

* INDIABULLS HOUSING FINANCE: Has sought RBI approval to raise foreign loan of 50 bln rupees.

* INDIAN OIL CORP: Has given an in-principle approval for subsidiary Chennai Petroleum Corp's plan to set up a 9 mtpa refinery at Cauvery basin in Nagapattinam at an estimated cost of 274.60 bln rupees. Has firmed up plans to increase its investment in Odisha including expansion of the refining capacity in Paradip by 3-4 mln tn per annum.

* INFOSYS: Has launched a private cloud solution in collaboration with Micro Focus SUSE, an arm of UKbased Micro Focus International, which specialises in open-source software. Will offer internet-ofthings based services to manufacturing and water management industry in partnership with two more companies.

* JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATES: Shareholders of the company have approved the proposal to raise up to 20 bln rupees through sale of securities.

* JK PAPER: Production at the company's JKPM unit at Rayagada in Odisha was disrupted due to
stoppage of water supply by villagers.

* JSW HOLDINGS: The Reserve Bank of India said foreign portfolio investors cannot buy more shares of the company as the aggregate foreign holding has reached the permissible limit of 49%.

* MADHUCON PROJECTS: Brookfield Asset Management is in talks with the company to acquire toll roads worth up to 20 bln rupees, .

* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA: Has launched T10 variant of its TUV300 sports utility vehicle, which is priced at 966,000 rupees, ex-showroom Mumbai.

* MANGALORE CHEMICALS AND FERTILISERS: Plans to invest 10 bln rupees over the next three years to set up a brownfield facility in Mangaluru and improve energy efficiency, Suresh Krishnan, managing director said.
