* BAJAJ FINSERV: Reported Jul-Sep consolidated net profit of 6.5 bln rupees, up 13.3% on year. Total revenue from operations was 75.6 bln rupees, up 27.7% on year.

* BHARAT PETROLEUM CORP: Sold a diesel cargo with a sulphur content of 50 parts per mln through an export tender for the first time.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Has launched a new plan under which it will offer Apple Inc's iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus variants at an instalment of 2,499 rupees per month.

* CAN FIN HOMES: Has set a coupon of 7.44% on its bonds maturing in 39 Months. The company received bids close to 2 bln rupees.

* DB REALTY: Has settled the insolvency case filed against it by LIC Housing Finance seeking recovery of 306.3 mln rupees in dues.

* ELPRO INTERNATIONAL: The Reserve Bank of India has barred foreign portfolio investors from
purchasing shares of the company, as foreign investment in the company has breached the limit of 24% of the paid-up capital of the company.

* GTL INFRASTRUCTURE: The company and its associate Chennai Network Infrastructure are in advanced stages of discussions to refinance its residual 48-bln-rupee debt.

* JAIPRAKASH POWER VENTURES: Five investors have put in their bids to buy at least a 30% stake in the company.

* JSW STEEL: Has denied a news item which stated the company is likely to acquire Brahmani River Pellets' assets.

* ENDURANCE TECHNOLOGIES: Has announced a voluntary separation scheme for eligible permanent employees at Takve, one of its units in Pune.

* HATSUN AGRO PRODUCTS: Board has approved commissioning a milk unit in Dharapuram, Tamil Nadu, with capacity of 350,000 ltr per day, and a curd unit with capacity of 150,000 ltr a day.

* HCL INFOSYSTEMS: The board will meet on Friday to consider the rights issue.

* IFB INDUSTRIES: Jwalamukhi Investment Holdings bought 697,485 shares of the company or 1.7% of its total outstanding shares for 800 rupees per share through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* INTERGLOBE AVATION: IndiGo has announced its foray into regional markets and the airline will begin ATR - short-haul regional airliner – operations between cities on its existing network of Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Madurai and Nagpur and two new tier-II cities -Tirupati and Rajahmundry.
 -IndiGo has called Delhi International Airport's directive asking it to partially shift operations from
Terminal 1 to 2 as "arbitrary and illegal".

* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA FINANCIAL SERVICES: Will sell 5% stake in its subsidiary Mahindra Insurance Brokers to XL Group.

* MATRIMONY.COM: Has expanded its marriage service "MatrimonyMandaps" to three other states in southern India--Telangana, Karnataka and Kerala.

* MBL INFRASTRUCTURES: The company said its promoters submitted a plan to its lenders, which included infusion of funds by promoters in the company.

* NIYOGIN FINTECH: The Reserve Bank of India has barred foreign portfolio investors from purchasing shares of the company as the foreign investment limit for the company has been reached.

* OBEROI REALTY: Reported Jul-Sep consolidated net profit of 1 bln rupees, up 24.9% on year. Revenue from operations was 3 bln rupees, up 20.4% on year.

* PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK: Plans to raise equity capital through a qualified institutional placement that could see the lender raise as much as $250 mln-$300 mln.

* RADICO KHAITAN: Societe Generale bought 1.9 mln shares of the company or 1.5% of its total
outstanding shares for 203.48 rupees a share via a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: To sell its remaining shale gas assets in US--if any company makes it an "attractive offer".
 -The company and its partner BP Plc of UK have submitted a revised investment plan for bringing to
production the satellite gas discoveries in the flagging KG-D6 block.
 -Arm Reliance Jio Infocomm has called upon the telecom regulator to slash international call termination rates to 6 paise a minute, and then to zero.

* SECURITY AND INTELLIGENCE SERVICES (INDIA): Has built an acquisition war-chest of about 10 bln rupees and is in talks with at least two companies.

* TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES: Has launched its software Connected Clinical Trials for
pharmaceutical companies to help increase patient engagement in clinical trials.

* TATA MOTORS: Has begun a pilot-run of its 9-mtr electric bus in Assam.

* TATA STEEL: The company and Thyssenkrupp have no plans to spin off their pending European steel joint venture within the next two to three years.

* V2 RETAIL: India 2020 Fund II, a fund affiliated with private equity firm Lighthouse, has invested in the co.

* YES BANK: Has committed 1.56 bln rupees to Essal Infraprojects to fund the latter's sewage treatment plant, to be constructed at Varanasi under the hybrid annuity public-private partnership model. The capitalraising committee of the board of the bank has approved raising at least 30 bln rupees, along with a greenshoe option of 30 bln rupees, through the issuance of Basel-III compliant, tier-I bonds.
