Indian benchmark indices are likely to open lower on Thursday, tracking bearish cues from Nifty futures on the Singapore Stock Exchange and weak trend across global peers. Markets across Asia were trading mixed following soft closing of the Wall Street in the overnight trade, while investors also digested regional corporate earnings report. In the overnight trade, Wall Street ended lower as investors reacted to weak earnings report from companies, including AT&T, and Dow component Boeing. Back home, bearish trend in the SGX Nifty Index Futures for October delivery, which were trading at 10,270.00, down by 24.00 points.
