* AXIS BANK: Has launched instant international payment services using Ripple's enterprise block chain technology solution.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Customers of Tata Teleservices have started transitioning to the company's network on Wednesday under the two companies' intra-circle roaming arrangement.

* DCB BANK: The bank and IFMR Capital have subscribed to the securitization transaction of consumer durables loan pool of Home Credit India Finance, through which it raised 1.53 bln rupees.

* EICHER MOTORS: Eicher Trucks and Buses, a division of Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles, is likely to raise prices of its trucks due to rising input cost, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing Shyam Maller said.

* FUTURE RETAIL: Shares of the company will move into the trade-for-trade segment on stock exchanges on Nov 29.

* GODREJ INDUSTRIES: Godrej Appliances, a division of Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co, will invest 2 bln rupees to expand production capacity at its Shirwal manufacturing plant.

* JSW STEEL: Japan's JFE Holdings Inc and the company are lining up a joint bid with a private equity firm for the assets of insolvent BHUSHAN STEEL.

* JUBILANT LIFE SCIENCES: Drug Discovery and Development Solutions, the Singapore-based
subsidiary of the company, will acquire US-based Jubilant Discovery Services Inc for $2.86 mln.

* KARUR VYSYA BANK: The capital raising committee of the bank has allotted 117.3 mln shares, with a face value of 2 rupees at 76 rupees apiece.

* MANAKSIA STEELS: Subsidiary Technomet International FZE will acquire 99.99% stake in Far East Steel Industries, Nigeria from In-Profit Investments.

* MBL INFRASTRUCTURES: Could emerge as India's first road builder to achieve a successful insolvency resolution on about 17 bln rupees of outstanding loans, with the promoter agreeing to infuse more capital into the business.

* MMTC: The government has decided to import 2,000 tn of onions through the state-owned trading agency, Food and Consumer Affairs Minister Ram Vilas Paswan said.

* NEULAND LABORATORIES: The board has approved purchase of a manufacturing facility located at Sangareddy in Telangana from Arch Pharmalabs.

* THOMAS COOK INDIA: Has approved sale of 5.42% stake in its subsidiary QUESS CORP, through an offer-for-sale, at a discount of 12.5% compared to the latter's previous close.

* UNITED BANK OF INDIA: Securities and Exchange Board of India has approved the bank's plan to raise up to 10 bln rupees as equity capital through qualified institutional placement.

* VIDEOCON INDUSTRIES: IFCI sold 2.25 mln shares in the company at 12.82 rupees apiece in a bulk deal.

* VIKAS WSP: Has received a trial export order worth 13.2 mln rupees for 90.9 tn of guar gum products for hydro fracturing of oil and gas wells from an oil and gas servicing company.
