* AMTEK AUTO: Has got interim finance worth 1 bln rupees from an Edelweiss Group firm.

* BHARAT FINANCIAL INCLUSION: The RBI has lifted restrictions on purchase of shares of the company by foreign portfolio investors as their aggregate shareholding has fallen below the prescribed threshold.

* HATSUN AGRO PRODUCT: The assistant commissioner of income tax has assessed the company's tax liability for assessment year 2008-09 to 2014-15 at 20.75 mln rupees.

* IDEA CELLULAR: The company-Vodafone merger is likely to close faster, as early as next Mar-Apr, six months before the more conservative September 2018 timeline recently suggested by Vodafone Group CEO Vittorio Colao.
