Indian benchmark indices are likely to open flat with positive bias on Wednesday, tracking muted cues from Nifty futures on the Singapore Stock Exchange and firm cues from global peers. Overseas, markets across Asia were trading flat as investors took some breather after strong rally in the last few sessions. In the overnight trade, Wall Street ended at record high amid optimism over global economic environment and corporate earnings result. Back home, muted trend in the SGX Nifty Index Futures for January delivery, which were trading at 10,645.00, up by 6.00 points.
