* ASIAN OILFIELD SERVICES: Has received a letter of award for a contract worth 276.5 mln rupees from OIL & NATURAL GAS CORP.

* BANK OF BARODA: The board of the bank has approved issuing up to 100 mln equity shares in one or multiple tranches to its staff under the employee share purchase scheme.
- Chief executives of the bank, VIJAYA BANK and DENA BANK, will meet next week to discuss a plan to increase the number of organisational layers in the merged entity.

* BHARAT FINANCIAL INCLUSION: Has completed a securitisation transaction of 2.89 bln rupees, the sixth in 2018-19 (Apr-Mar).

* CAPITAL FIRST: The debentures committee of the company has approved raising $150 mln through nonconvertible debentures maturing in three, four, and five years.

* FUTURE RETAIL: Edelweiss Special Opportunities Fund has bought 0.8% stake or 4.04 mln shares in the company at 525.90 rupees a share through a block deal on BSE.
- Future group will take online its fashion discount retail chain Brand Factory in February next year, group Chief Executive Officer Kishore Biyani said.

* GLAXOSMITHKLINE CONSUMER HEALTHCARE: GlaxoSmithKline said it is considering a possible deal that includes a merger of the company, although no decision has been taken on the matter.

* GOA CARBON: The maintenance work at the company's St. Jose de Areal unit in Goa has been completed and the kiln has been lit up.

* GRUH FINANCE: Plans to raise 750 mln rupees through bonds maturing on Oct 31, 2023, and may invite bids next week.

* HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORP: The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board has agreed to increase the tentative length of the company's proposed liquefied petroleum gas pipeline between Hassan in Karnataka and Cherlapalli in Telangana by 60 km to 680 km.

* HINDUSTAN UNILEVER: Unilever PLC's Chief Executive Officer Paul Polman will step down next month.

* HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT CORP: Has raised 20.5 bln rupees through unsecured
government-serviced bonds at 8.52% per annum, payable semi-annually, for a tenure of 10 years.
- Plans to raise at least 3 bln rupees through bonds maturing on Feb 15, 2022, and has invited bids between 1100 IST and 1200 IST on Monday.

* ICICI SECURITIES: ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co has settled with the SEBI a case pertaining to the initial public offering of an affiliate of the company.

* INOX LEISURE: Has raised 1.6 bln rupees by issuing 6.4 mln shares to promoter GUJARAT
FLUOROCHEMICALS at 250 rupees apiece.

* JET AIRWAYS: In talks with multiple interested parties for fund infusion, is said to have once again sought the help from Bahrain national Capt Hameed Ali for furthering its discussions with Etihad Airways management.

* JSW ENERGY: Has submitted a bid for Monnet Power, which was referred to the National Company Law Tribunal after it defaulted on 55-bln-rupee debt.

* JYOTI STRUCTURES: The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has ordered the only resolution applicant of the company to revise its resolution plan.

* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA: Mahindra Group has acquired a plot to build an assembly plant for vehicles in Canada, said Anish Shah, group president.

* MAHINDRA LOGISTICS: Reliance Mutual Fund has bought 1.43% stake or 1.02 mln shares in the company at 525 rupees a share through a block deal on BSE. DSP Mutual Fund has bought 0.56% stake or 400,000 shares in the company at 525 rupees a share through a block deal on BSE.

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Three contract workers were killed in a fire that broke out at the company's rubber plant in Vadodara, Gujarat, on Thursday.

* REPCO HOME FINANCE: The Pabrai Investment Fund IV LP has sold 1.52% stake or 948,535 shares in the company through bulk deals on the National Stock Exchange and BSE.

* STATE BANK OF INDIA: Approved the sale of 4% stake in SBI General Insurance for 4.82 bln rupees to two alternative investment funds. Has sought bids from asset reconstruction companies for JAYASWAL NECO INDUSTRIES.

* TATA MOTORS: Jaguar Land Rover is to reduce the workforce at its plant in Wolverhampton, central England, by about 500 in a temporary move.

* TATA STEEL: Plans to produce 30 mln tn of steel in India by 2025.

* VODAFONE IDEA: Has demerged its fibre infrastructure business by transferring such assets to a wholly owned unit, Vodafone Towers.

* YES BANK: The RBI and the bank exchanged at least eight letters related to persistent governance and compliance failures and violations of statutory and regulatory rules at the bank before rejecting a request to extend Rana Kapoor's tenure as managing director and chief executive for three years.
