* DR REDDY'S LABORATORIES: Has received tentative approval from US Food and Drug Administration for saproterin dihydrochloride drug.

* FORTIS HEALTHCARE: Minority shareholders have sought the Securities and Exchange Board of India's intervention over IHH Healthcare's decision to delay the open offer in the company.

* HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP: Plans to raise up to 50 bln rupees through bond maturing in 10 years, and has invited bids on Thursday.

* IDFC: Has appointed Bipin Gemani as the chief financial officer with effect from Wednesday.

* IDFC BANK: The merger of the bank and Capital First was completed after the Reserve Bank of India approved IDFC First Bank as the new name of the merged entity.

* INDIABULLS REAL ESTATE: Will de-merge India Land and Properties from Indiabulls Infrastructure.

* JAYASWAL NECO INDUSTRIES: Bank of America has put in a successful bid for the company through Assets Care and Reconstruction Enterprise.

* JET AIRWAYS INDIA: Has paid 359.64-mln-rupee interest on non-convertible debentures due on Monday. The airline will offer holiday packages to Dubai between Dec 26 and Feb 2.

* J KUMAR INFRAPROJECTS: Has bagged an engineering, procurement and construction order worth 13.49 bln rupees in Delhi from the National Highways Authority of India.

* LEMON TREE HOTELS: Signed a licence agreement for a 69-room property at Viman Nagar in Pune under the company's brand name Lemon Tree Hotel.

* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA FINANCIAL SERVICES: The board will meet on Friday to consider the issuance of non-convertible debentures.

* MAJESCO: Bajaj Allianz General has selected the company for employee management services.

* MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA: Is undecided on where to relocate its Gurugram plant. The company is likely to choose Dharuhera, Haryana, for a new plant.

* NTPC: The Centre will likely sell 3-5% stake in the company soon through the offer-for-sale route to garner 35-60 bln rupees.

* PIRAMAL ENTERPRISES: The board will on Friday consider raising up to 30 bln rupees through nonconvertible debentures.

* PNB HOUSING FINANCE: Carlyle Group LP is seeking to double its holding in the company.

* PUNJ LLOYD: Has not been able to achieve any settlement with its lenders ahead of the hearing of its case by the National Company Law Tribunal. The matter has been listed for arguments for Thursday.

* PVR: The board will meet on Friday to consider raising funds through equity and debt issue.

* RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS: The telecom department told the company and Reliance Jio Infocomm that it can't approve their deal to trade airwaves as it does not conform to its guidelines.

* RELIGARE ENTERPRISES: The Reserve Bank of India has rejected the appointment of Ashok Mehta and Siddharth Mehta as non-executive non-independent directors of the company.

* SADBHAV ENGINEERING: The company cleared its stand on the report which stated that the company plans to sell 12 road projects, and said that it had not executed any agreement to sell road projects.

* TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES: Has extended its collaboration with US-based software company Red Hat to build microservices-based open source solutions and frameworks.

* THOMAS COOK INDIA: Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has acquired 7.47 mln shares or 2.0% stake in the company through the open market on Dec 14.

* WELSPUN ENTERPRISES: Has completed the sale of its remaining 13% stake in Dewas Bhopal Road Corridor with India Infrastructure Fund-II for 577 mln rupees.

* YES BANK: The bank sold 12.34 mln shares or 2.13% stake in FORTIS HEALTHCARE, in various tranches.
