* ASIAN PAINTS: Has commenced commercial production of paints and intermediaries at Visakhapatnam plant, Andhra Pradesh.

* COAL INDIA: Will raise around 10.65 bln rupees through three buybacks of 3.55 bln rupees each to its three subsidiaries.

* COROMANDEL INTERNATIONAL: A fire broke out at the product godown at the company's crop
protection chemical manufacturing unit in Sarigam, Gujarat, on Monday. The fire has been brought under control and will have no significant impact on operations.

* CORPORATION BANK: The board has approved raising up to 1.96 bln rupees by issuing up to 100 mln shares to employees under the employee stock purchase scheme 2018.

* CYIENT: Board will meet on Friday to consider a proposal to buy back equity shares.

* DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORP: After website Cobrapost alleged the company was involved in a 310-bln-rupee financial scam, the mortgage lender termed the report a "mischievous misadventure" and insisted its operations were all above board.

* GODREJ CONSUMER PRODUCTS: Believes its Indonesia operations will see on-year expansion in margin in Jan-Mar, helped by cost reduction efforts and launch of new products.

* H.G. INFRA ENGINEERING: Wholly-owned subsidiary Gurgaon Sohna Highway has achieved financial closure for the 6.06-bln-rupee National Highway Authority of India's road project in Haryana.

* INDIABULLS INTEGRATED SERVICES: The company's board has approved a scheme of amalgamation and demerger for itself and its subsidiaries to form two companies to focus on insurance and non-insurance businesses, respectively.

* JET AIRWAYS INDIA: Financial turmoil has begun to impact the company's operations with five aircraft getting grounded at various airports across the country on Tuesday and 19 flights cancelled.
May see STATE BANK OF INDIA acquiring a stake of around 15% in it once it converts a part of its loan into equity as part of a restructuring package of the airline. 

* JSW STEEL: The company and global trading firm Duferco are in advanced talks for a five-year cash-forsteel prepayment deal.

* KEC INTERNATIONAL: Received orders worth 21.1 bln rupees in the December quarter.

* LEMON TREE HOTELS: Has opened 51-room hotel under its 'Lemon Tree Hotel' brand in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

* LARSEN & TOUBRO: Will sell up to 3 mln shares or 2.89% stake in L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES today for non-retail investors.

* ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE: Remuneration committee of the board has approved offer and issue of up to 26.13 mln shares to employees of the bank at 71.76 rupees per share, under employee share purchase scheme.

* PERSISTENT SYSTEMS: Saif India IV FII Holdings has sold 1.43% stake or 1.15 mln shares in the
company in two bulk deals.

* PFIZER: Has divested its rights and interests in two "tail brands" Amisant and Nebasulf for 300 mln rupees.

* TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES: Has a number of ways to respond to a slowdown in business, even as it prepares for stronger growth.

* TATA STEEL: On Tuesday marked a new beginning at one of the UK's largest steelworks at Port Talbot in Wales with the relaunch of a blast furnace at a cost of "tens of millions of pounds".

* YES BANK: Madhu Kapur and Rana Kapoor, warring promoters of the bank, have agreed to nominate one representative director each on the bank's board, thereby setting the stage for the lender's transition to a non promoter-led entity.

* ZEE ENTERTAINMENT ENTERPRISES: Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Punit Goenka has been elected as the new chairman of Broadcast Audience Research Council of India.
