* ADANI ENTERPRISES: Climate activist Greta Thunberg has called upon Siemens AG to review their role in helping develop Adani Group's Australian coal mine project. Today, Siemens AG will announce their decision.

* ADANI GAS: Has sought a perpetual loan of $350 mln from its promoters to finance expansion.

* APOLLO HOSPITALS ENTERPRISES: The company has sold its 40.33 mln shares in Apollo Munich Health Insurance Co Ltd to HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP for 2.91 bln rupees.

* BANK OF BARODA: Plans to raise at least 12 bln rupees through issuance of Basel III-compliant tier-II bonds maturing in 15 years, and has invited bids on Tuesday.
-Reduced its marginal cost of funds-based lending rates by 5 basis points for the one-month tenure.

* CHOLAMANDALAM INVESTMENT AND FINANCE CO: Has raised 4 bln rupees from UK-based CDC Group Plc through the issuance of masala bonds.

* EDELWEISS FINANCIAL SERVICES: The company stated that no group company had any transaction with Capstone Forex Pvt Ltd.

* GAIL INDIA: The board of the company will meet on Thursday to mull raising funds through the issuance of non-convertible debentures.

* GRANULES INDIA: Is recalling over 23 mln ranitidine tablets, used to treat ulcers of the stomach and intestines, from the US market.

* HINDUSTAN CONSTRUCTION CO: Lenders to the company have started the process of transferring 21 bln rupees of the company's debt along with some arbitrations awards and claims to a special purpose vehicle, which will be controlled by an external investor.

* HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT CORP: One of the borrowers of the company with principal outstanding of 7.26 bln rupees, cleared its dues on Thursday.

* ICICI BANK: The Enforcement Directorate has attached the assets and cash of former managing director Chanda Kochhar and those of her husband Deepak Kochhar in connection with the irregularities found in the Videocon loan case.

* INDIABULLS HOUSING FINANCE: Has exited three realty projects of its investee companies across Mumbai, the National Capital Region and Hyderabad worth nearly 4.50 bln rupees.

* INFOSYS: The audit committee of the company has determined that whistleblower complaints against the company and its top management were without merit, as there was no evidence of any financial impropriety or executive misconduct.
-After a clean chit from the internal audit committee of the company and independent investigator
Sharul Amarchand Mangaldas, the company's Non-executive Chairman Nandan Nilekani hinted at the possibility that the whistleblower may have even been outsiders.
-The company has reported a decline in attrition rate to 19.6% in Oct-Dec from 21.7% in the
preceding quarter. The information technology company's attrition rate is usually one of the highest among peers.

* INTERGLOBE AVIATION: IndiGo has opened its first international call centre comprising six
employees at Guangzhou in China to cater to queries from passengers who speak in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

* JAIPRAKASH POWER VENTURES: The company's debt restructuring committee will allot 3.52 mln shares to JSW ENERGY to pay part of their outstanding debt.

* KEI INDUSTRIES: Looking to raise 6 bln rupees by selling shares to qualified institutional buyers.

* LUPIN: The US Food and Drug Administration completed inspection at the company's Nagpur oral solid dosage manufacturing facility in Maharashtra with two 483 observations.

* PTL ENTERPRISES: Kerala High Court has dismissed Kochi Metro's plea in a matter related to land compensation against the company, stating the state government has no reversionary rights over the land, and that it has to pay the company as agreed.

* RAMCO INDUSTRIES: Acquired 16.62% stake in Lynks Logistics Ltd, by subscribing to 50 mln equity shares of 1 rupee each through a rights issue.

* RELIANCE HOME FINANCE: The company has decided to challenge an application filed by IDBI Trusteeship Services Ltd against the company, citing that the application is "entirely misconceived".
-Lenders invoked pledge on 15.5 mln shares or 3.21% stake of promoters--Reliance Inceptum,
Reliance Innoventures , Reliance Infrastructure Consulting & Engineers, Reliance Infrastructure
Management, Reliance Capital and CLE Engineers--in the company on Wednesday and Thursday.
-No adverse findings recorded in forensic audit. Forensic audit mandated by lenders completed.

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: The Delhi High Court has sought the Centre's reply on a plea by the company seeking recall of orders asking it to file an affidavit on its assets.
-The company's telecom arm Reliance Jio will deploy two submarine cable systems connecting
Singapore and Europe, taking high-bandwidth connectivity from America's western and eastern coasts allowing higher data speed to Indian Internet users.

* RELIANCE INFRASTRUCTURE: INDUSIND BANK client account has sold 1.5 mln shares or 0.6% stake in the company at 24.9 rupees per shares through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange. Lenders invoked pledge on 17 mln shares or 6.5% stake of promoters--Reliance Innoventures, Reliance Project Ventures and Management and Reliance Big--in the company on Wednesday.

* RELIANCE POWER: Lenders invoked 50 mln shares or 1.78% stake of promoters--Reliance
Innoventures, RELIANCE INFRASTRUCTURE, Reliance Project Ventures and Management, Reliance Wind Turbine Installators Industries, Reliance Capital and CLE Engineers--on Monday and Wednesday.

* SADBHAV INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT: Nomura India Investment Fund Mother Fund has sold 13.4 mln shares or 3.8% stake in the company via bulk deals on stock exchanges.

* STATE BANK OF INDIA: Reduced the interest rate on retail term deposits from one-year to 10 years by 15 basis points, effective Friday.

* SUN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES: The company has received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration to market Omega-3-acid ethyl esters capsule, generic of Lovaza drug.

* SUVEN LIFE SCIENCES: Board has appointed M. Mohan Kumar as chief financial officer of the
company. The current Chief Financial Officer P. Subba Rao has resigned and transitioned to Suven
Pharmaceuticals Ltd as CFO.

* TATA CHEMICALS: The Mumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal has approved
demerging the consumer products business of the company and merging it with TATA GLOBAL
BEVERAGES.

* TEXMO PIPES AND PRODUCTS: Has received an order worth 560.9 mln rupees of high-density
polyethylene pipe from multiple contractors, the execution period of which is three months.

* TATA GLOBAL BEVERAGES: The company's UK-based subsidiary, Tata Global Beverages 
Overseas Holdings, has entered into an agreement with Dr. Muller Pharma to sell 100% stake in Tata Global Beverages Czech Republic for 4 mln euros (approximately 317 mln rupees).

* TATA MOTORS: Total global wholesale sales, including those of subsidiary Jaguar Land Rover, fell 3% on year to 97,348 units in December.

* TATA STEEL: The company's wholly-owned subsidiary Tata Steel Netherlands Holdings B.V. has raised term loan facilities of 1.75 bln euros (around 138 bln rupees) from 19 banks to refinance its bank debt.

* TV TODAY NETWORK: Some of India's top broadcasters shared a stage on Friday to express solidarity against the latest amendments to broadcast sector tariffs by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.

* VODAFONE IDEA: To use 28.3 bln rupees it has raised to pay licence fees, repay debt. The company modified the usage of its rights issue funds due to Department of Telecommunications' moratorium.

* YES BANK: Decided against accepting the updated joint proposal of $1.2 bln from Erwin Singh Braich, little known Canadian businessman, and SPGP Holdings to buy shares of the bank.

* ZOTA HEALTH CARE: Received product registration licences for antibiotic tablets--AZITOZ 250 and AZITOZ 500--from Uzbekistan.

* ZUARI AGRO CHEMICALS: Has resumed production at its ammonia and urea plants in Zuarinagar, Goa.
