* ADANI PORTS AND SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE: The board of the company will meet on Wednesday to consider raising up to 20 bln rupees through non-convertible debentures in one or more tranches.

* ADANI TRANSMISSION: The company's acquisition of the KEC INTERNATIONAL-owned special
purpose vehicle, KEC Bikaner Sikar Transmission, has been deferred to Feb 15.

* AUROBINDO PHARMA: Has received the US Food and Drug Administration's approval for generic of Abilify drug.

* CADILA HEALTHCARE: The company has been allotted 8.48 mln shares, or 14.71% stake, in Zydus Wellness, on a preferential basis on Tuesday.

* CREDITACCESS GRAMEEN: The board has approved raising up to 30 bln rupees through non-convertible debentures in one or more tranches.

* DABUR INDIA: Board has approved the appointment of Mohit Malhotra as the company's chief executive officer, effective Apr 1.

* DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE: Has appointed an independent chartered accountancy firm to verify allegations of a financial scam against the company made by website Cobrapost.

* DR REDDY'S LABORATORIES: Shikha Sanjaya Sharma has been appointed as additional independent director of the company for five years, effective Thursday.

* ESCORTS: Plans capital expansion in the 4-4.6 bln rupees range over the next couple of years, in increasing its capacity and also in its joint ventures in the tractor and construction equipment business.

* EQUITAS HOLDINGS: To meet the Reserve Bank of India's norms in terms of cutting promoter stake in Equitas Small Finance Bank, the board of directors of the small finance bank on Thursday approved the issue of 892.06 mln shares to shareholders of the company.

* FUTURE RETAIL: Future Group has tied up with American data-mining firm Palantir Technologies, which will provide the retailer with analyses of data on shoppers' consumption and buying frequency patterns.

* HDFC BANK: The bank has appointed M.D. Ranganath, former chief financial officer of INFOSYS, as an additional independent director on its board for five years, effective Thursday.

* IL&FS TRANSPORTATION NETWORKS: The company has defaulted on 2.12 mln rupees worth of
interest payment on non-convertible debentures that were due today on account of insufficient funds.

* INDIABULLS VENTURES: Has approved the sale and transfer of the stock broking business to its whollyowned subsidiary Indiabulls Commodities in a slump sale for 3.42 bln rupees.

* INTERGLOBE AVIATION: The company and Bangalore International Airport have entered into a 20-year agreement to sub-lease land at the Kempegowda International Airport to build a maintenance, repair and overhaul facility.

* JET AIRWAYS INDIA: Said they have reinstated three of their eight grounded aircraft into its fleet post engine work.

* JINDAL SAW: Subsidiary Jindal ITF has been granted an arbitration award of over 20 bln rupees, in addition to interest, against NTPC, with respect to the inland water coal transportation business.

* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA FINANCIAL SERVICES: Has raised 142 mln rupees through reissue of market-linked non-convertible debentures maturing on Sep 14, 2020.

* MPHASIS: Has partnered with NASSCOM to felicitate best in class artificial intelligence start-ups at the upcoming NASSCOM Technology and Leadership Forum 2019.

* MOIL: Prices of ferro grade, chemical grade of manganese ore have been decreased by about 5%, effective from Friday, while continuing the prevailing prices for silico manganese grade and fines.

* PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK: Will on Friday hike its marginal cost of funds-based lending rates on onemonth, one-year and three-year tenures by five basis points each for February.

* SHALIMAR PAINTS: The board will meet on Feb 8 to consider fresh issue of shares on a preferential basis.

* SHRIRAM TRANSPORT FINANCE: Public issue of non-convertible debentures was subscribed 83% as on the last day of the offer.

* SOLARA ACTIVE PHARMA SCIENCES: The board has approved raising 4.6 bln rupees through issue of 10.5 mln warrants on preferential basis.

* SPICEJET: To strengthen its network connectivity in south India, the airline will launch eight direct flights from Mar 1.

* STATE BANK OF INDIA: Said the data of its customers is safe and is continuing to probe the systems for a potential breach of security after a TechCrunch report on data compromise at the bank.

* SUN TV NETWORK: Will commence transmission of its Bengali general entertainment channel SUN Bangla on Sunday.

* TATA MOTORS: Has won an order to supply Tigor electric vehicles to information technology major Capgemini at its offices in Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad.

* THERMAX: Has commenced production at its new manufacturing facility in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh.

* VEDANTA: The board has appointed Srinivasan Venkatakrishnan as the chief executive officer of the company with effect from Mar 1. Cairn India Holdings, a subsidiary of the company, bought stake in Anglo American from Volcan Investments, a family trust of promoter Anil Agarwal.

* YES BANK: The board has approved repurchase of notes, issued under the medium-term note programme, of up to $150 mln at a fixed price of 94.25% of their face value.
The private sector bank said that the RBI has approved the appointment of Ajai Kumar as interim managing director and chief executive officer from Friday for one month or till Ravneet Gill assumes office.

* ZEE ENTERTAINMENT ENTERPRISES: The promoters of the company are considering selling up to a 25% stake to a strategic partner.
