* ADHUNIK METALIKS: The company and Zion Steel have been ordered to be liquidated by the National Company Law Tribunal's Cuttack bench on Monday as Liberty House failed to implement its resolution plan.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Tata Group paid lenders and the government about 500 bln rupees to help complete the sale of its mobile-phone services business to the company, deal that was announced almost two years ago.

* CANARA BANK: Has invited bids to sell 3,900 shares of Webcon Consulting (India).

* DR REDDYS LABORATORIES: Is reasonably optimistic about its growth during 2019-20 (Apr-Mar), backed by a number of product filings in the US and a revised strategy to improve its presence in newer geographies.

* FORTIS HEALTHCARE: Wholly-owned subsidiary Fortis Healthcare International has completed the sale of its entire 28.89% stake in its associate company The Medical and Surgical Centre to CIEL.

* GLENMARK PHARMACEUTICALS: The company has received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration for generic of Ranexa.

* GMR INFRASTRUCTURE: Will sell stakes in four operational road projects and monetise some of its industrial land holdings by the end of this fiscal and use the proceeds to pay off debt, executive director Saurabh Chawla said.

* HCL TECHNOLOGIES: Has received an order from US-based NLC Insurance Companies to deploy Guidewire InsurancePlatform, with SmartCOMM for its agents and policyholders.

* HERO MOTOCORP: Has asked the government to take more cautious, clear, and realistic roadmap towards adoption of electric vehicles in the country.
-Has increased ex-showroom prices of its motorcycles and scooters by 1%, effective Monday.

* HOTEL LEELAVENTURE: SEBI has informed the dedicated bankruptcy court that it will take three more months to complete its probe into the deal between Canadian investor Brookfield and the company.

* HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP: Plans to raise at least 20 bln rupees through bonds
maturing in five years, and has invited bids on Wednesday.

* INDIA GRID TRUST: Announced closure of the acquisition of two power transmission assets, NRSS XXIX Transmission and Odisha Generation Phase II Transmission, from Sterlite Power for an enterprise value of 50.25 bln rupees.

* INDIA STEEL WORKS: Eriska Investment Fund on Monday sold 2% stake or 8 mln shares in the company at 0.81 rupee per share through a bulk deal on the BSE.

* INDIAN OIL CORP: The initial pact signed by the company and GAIL (INDIA) to together acquire a 50% stake in Adani Group's planned 5 mtpa liquefied natural gas terminal project at Dhamra in Odisha expired in September, Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan informed Parliament.

* JET AIRWAYS INDIA: An anxious ministry of civil aviation has called for an impact analysis of the
closure of the company.

* LIC HOUSING FINANCE: Plans to raise at least 5 bln rupees through bonds maturing in 10 years, and has invited bids on Wednesday.

* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA: Looking beyond tractors to boost its farm equipment business. The company is aggressively working on the farm machinery ecosystem as it views this space as a strategic growth opportunity, said Shubhabrata Saha, chief of operations, farm division.

* MANDHANA INDUSTRIES: Formation Textile, the US-based winning bidder of the company, has alleged that lenders to the company led by BANK OF BARODA, and its resolution professional, have acted fraudulently during the insolvency process by hiding facts to get a higher offer for the assets.

* MEGHMANI ORGANICS: Material subsidiary Meghmani Finechem on Thursday commenced commercial production in the chlormethane plant at the company's existing caustic chlorine complex at Dahej GIDC in Gujarat.

* MINDTREE: Cognizant Technology Solutions' former senior executive Debashis Chatterjee is among the front-runners to become chief executive officer of the company.

* NIIT TECHNOLOGIES: Hulst BV's open offer to acquire an additional 26% stake in the company will commence from Jul 15.

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Has partnered with Turkey's textile major Kivanc Tekstil to manufacture and market the company's sustainable and innovative fabric R/Elan.
-Reliance Jio Infocomm has challenged in Supreme Court a Delhi High Court order dismissing its
appeal against an earlier high court judgement quashing the telecom regulator's decision to reduce a key porting fee by nearly 80%.

* TECH MAHINDRA: Said it has made significant investments in new age technologies which will help reduce its dependence on the communication vertical.

* TITAN CO: Jewellery sales grew 13% on year in Apr-Jun as a sharp rise in gold prices dented consumer demand.

* VOLTAS: Has partnered with Energy Efficiency Services to manufacture and sell five-star rated inverter air conditioners.

* ZEE ENTERTAINMENT ENTERPRISES: Is preparing itself to remain on a growth path, even in a
constantly changing environment, the company said in its annual report for 2018-19 (Apr-Mar).
