* ADANI PORTS AND SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE: Has announced the addition of two new trailing suction hopper dredgers.

* AMD INDUSTRIES: Has detailed plans for its next generation of high-performance computing and graphics products, by moving towards the 7 nano mtr chipset architecture.

* ARROW GREENTECH: Has received a process patent for the manufacture of high security paper in India from the Indian Patent Office.

* CIPLA: Five pharmaceutical companies including the company and DR REDDY'S LABORATORIES are under the scanner for allegedly overcharging for a new Hepatitis C combination, launched without waiting for price approval.

* CORAL INDIA FINANCE & HOUSING: Russell Investment Co has sold 675,000 shares, or 1.35% stake, in the company through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange at 44.10 rupees apiece.

* ESSAR PORTS: Expects a 30% rise in 2018-19 (Apr-Mar) revenues after the recent investments worth 28 bln rupees to expand capacity of two of its terminals.

* INDIAN BANK: A Central Bureau of Investigation court has sentenced former chairman and managing director of the bank M. Gopalkrishnan and two other senior officers of the bank to three years of rigorous imprisonment in a case of cheating and corruption.

* INDUSIND BANK: Paytm Payments Bank has tied up with the bank to provide account-linked fixed deposit facility for its customers.

* MAGMA FINCORP: The board of the company on Jan 22 will consider raising up to 6 bln rupees through nonconvertible debentures in the financial year 2018-19 (Apr-Mar).

* MAURIA UDYOG: Has received export orders worth 299.5 mln rupees in Nov-Dec.

* NATIONAL ALUMINIUM CO: Aims to reach a profit after tax level of 16.93 bln rupees by 2024 on a turnover of 181.71 bln rupees, with the expansion of its smelting capacity to 1.1 mln tn and refining capacity to 3.27 mln tn.

* NMDC: The government has offered to sell 1.5% stake in the company, along with a 1.5% greenshoe option, through an offer for sale of shares on Tuesday and Wednesday.

* NTPC: Has been forced to cancel the result of its 250 MW solar auction held in October last year, which was won by Azure Power quoting a tariff of 3.14 rupees per unit.

* PENNAR ENGINEERED BUILDING SYSTEMS: Zephyr Peacock India Fund has sold 598,012 shares, or 1.7% stake in the company at 110.14 rupees apiece, while Zephyr Peacock India III sold 289,904 shares, or 0.8% stake, at 110.29 rupees a share through bulk deals on the National Stock Exchange.

* SHAH ALLOYS: United India Insurance Co sold 0.51% stake or 100,000 shares in the company at 22.12 rupees apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* SIEMENS: A consortium of the company and Siemens AG, Germany, has won an order worth 5.79 bln rupees from Metro-Link Express for Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad Co for electrification of the 39.2 km metro express link in Ahmedabad.

* SNOWMAN LOGISTICS: Norwest Venture Partners sold 2.2 mln shares or 1.3% stake in the company in a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange at 61.77 rupees apiece.

* SREI INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCE: JSW Infrastructure and the company is set to acquire the upcoming sterling port in Dahej from its lenders.

* SRS LTD: The promoter of the company, BTL Holding Co, sold 2.30% stake or 6.4 mln shares in the company in open market between Jan 3 and Jan 5.

* SUN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES: Arm Sun Pharma (Netherlands) BV has increased its stake in Malaysia-based Ranbaxy Malaysia Sdn Bhd to 6.35% for 2.18 mln ringgits (around 34.65 mln rupees).

* SUTLEJ TEXTILES & INDUSTRIES: Board has approved a green fibre project to manufacture polyester staple fibre by recycling pet bottles at Samba in Jammu and Kashmir.

* TATA MOTORS: Retail sales of subsidiary Jaguar Land Rover sales in December were up 0.6% on year at 55,697 units, and for Jan-Dec, it was up 6.5% at 621,109 units.

* UNICHEM LABORATORIES: The board of the company has approved the buyback of 20.6 mln shares at 430 rupees apiece, for a total consideration of up to 8.85 bln rupees.

* UNION BANK OF INDIA: The bank said its mobile banking platform UMobile is completely safe and secure.

* VEDANTA: Submitted the highest bid for bankrupt ELECTROSTEEL STEELS, ahead of Tata Group bid.
