Pre Session: Gap up opening seen for Sensex, Nifty; Vedanta, L&T shares in focus

Indian equities may open higher on Thursday, tracking bullish trends in SGX Nifty Index Futures and firm cues from global peers. Overseas, the Asian stocks rose in early trade, following strong closing ta Wall Street in overnight trade, amid ease in US-China trade tensions. The investor cheered White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow’s comment that US President Donald Trump has not “set in stone” any decisions on escalating tariffs on Chinese goods and may withdraw some duties if there are promising policy discussions with China, reported Economic Times. Back home, bullish trends in the SGX Nifty Index Futures for November delivery, which were trading at 10,416.00, up by 29.00 points
