* CADILA HEALTHCARE: US Food and Drug Administration has cleared the company's topical

* CG POWER AND INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS: Announced the appointment of three independent

* CIPLA: Wholly-owned subsidiary Cipla Medpro South Africa (Pty) in pact to sell anti-psychotic drug in South Africa and neighbouring countries.

* DCM SHRIRAM: New 66 MW power plant at Kota in Rajasthan has started operations.

* GMR INFRASTRUCTURE: Subsidiary GMR Airports has started the construction of Heraklion
international airport in Crete, Greece.

* HCL TECHNOLOGIES: Has appealed to the Centre against the decision of the approval committee of the NOIDA SEZ rejecting its request for considering group health and medical insurance services for employees in a unit as authorised operations eligible for tax benefits.

* HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP: Plans to raise at least 30 bln rupees by issuing bonds maturing in three years at a coupon of 6.99%, and has invited bids for the same on Wednesday.

* HSIL: Promoter Paco Exports has bought 598,955 shares or 0.83% stake in the company at 52.85 rupees apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* ICICI BANK: Has moved the National Company Law Tribunal to initiate insolvency proceedings against MERCATOR for recovering dues.

* INFO EDGE INDIA: Will invest 371 mln rupees in Sunrise Mentors.

* INFOSYS: Will acquire Simplus, one of the fastest-growing Salesforce Platinum Partners in the US and Australia, in an up to $250 mln deal.

* LAKSHMI VILAS BANK: US fund house Tilden Park Capital Management has sounded out the Reserve Bank of India for buying a sizeable stake in the bank, an old private sector lender which is scouting for investors to shore up capital.

* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA: Competition Commission of India has approved a joint venture between the company and US-based Ford Motor Co, and the transfer of Ford India's automotive operations to the joint venture, the anti-trust regulator tweeted.

* MRF: Has partially commissioned phase-1 of its greenfield unit at Dahej Industrial area, Gujarat and had planned a capital outlay of 45 bln rupees. The new factory complex is expected to produce a million tyres a month.

* PIDILITE INDUSTRIES: Has led a $40 mln funding in online home furniture marketplace Pepperfry.
-The company plans to remain focussed on driving volume growth, enabled by investments in brand
building, growth categories, capabilities and sales and distribution, the management of the company said.

* RAMCO SYSTEMS: Has successfully implemented its aviation suite V5.8 solution at Aero Contractors Co of Nigeria, a state-controlled Nigerian airline, for maintenance, repair and overhaul operations.

* STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA: Has raised prices of its steel bars by up to 4% across regions for
February. -Will not close down three of its loss-making speciality steel plants if the company does not find buyers for these units, Chairman Anil Kumar Chaudhary said.

* SUNDRAM FASTENERS: TVS Engineering has been incorporated as a new wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

* TATA MOTORS: Subsidiary Jaguar Land Rover warned of potential disruption to its supply chains
outside of China, two days after first conceding the coronavirus is likely to affect its fourth quarter
performance.

* TOURISM FINANCE CORP OF INDIA: Promoter Redkite Capital has sold 1.5 mln shares or 1.9% stake in the company at 68.07 rupees per share through a bulk deal on National Stock Exchange.

* UNITECH: The Supreme Court on Monday refused to pass any order on a plea by Noida Authority,
seeking return of 277-acre surplus land, worth 80 bln rupees, given to the company on lease for  housing projects which have not been built.
