* ALLAHABAD BANK: Brickwork Ratings has downgraded the bank's Basel-III compliant tier-II bonds to A+ from AA-, citing volatility in the bank's earnings and low operating profit over the last two quarters.

* AUROBINDO PHARMA: As many as 13 special economic zone developers and units including G.P. Realtors, JBF Petrochemicals and the company have sought more time from the commerce ministry to implement their projects.

* BALRAMPUR CHINI MILLS: Morgan Stanley France SAS has sold 1.48 mln shares or 0.63% stake in the company at 78.32 rupees apiece on the National Stock Exchange.
