* 63 MOONS TECHNOLOGIES: The Serious Fraud Investigation Office has suggested the company be delisted from the bourses.

* ADANI GREEN ENERGY: Has won an order from Solar Energy Corp of India to set up 300 MW wind generation project connected through inter state transmission system.

* BHARATI DEFENCE AND INFRASTRUCTURE: The National Company Law Tribunal has directed any entity wishing to bid for the company for 100 mln rupees as Earnest Money Deposit by Oct 3, as proof of seriousness to acquire the insolvent firm.

* BLUE DART EXPRESS: Plans to invest 2 bln rupees to expand operations in tier II, III and IV towns in India.

* BSE: India International Exchange, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has joined hands with the UK-based ethernet network service provider BSO to provide direct connectivity to foreign investors on India International Exchange.

* CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA: Board will meet on Friday to consider a 23.54-bln-rupee share issue to the government, on preferential basis.

* GLENMARK PHARMACEUTICALS: The board will meet on Friday to mull buyback of its Singaporelisted foreign currency convertible bonds.

* GMR INFRASTRUCTURE: The company's promoter GMR Enterprises acquired 2 mln shares or  0.03% stake in the company through open market on Friday.

* ICICI LOMBARD GENERAL INSURANCE CO: Tamarind Capital has sold 0.6% stake or 2.7 mln shares of the company through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* INDIA CEMENTS: Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has bought 2.2 mln shares or 2.1% stake in  the company through open market on Friday.

* JET AIRWAYS INDIA: Directorate General of Civil Aviation has begun inspection of the training
programme of the company.

* LARSEN & TOUBRO: Subsidiary L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad)'s Managing Director K.V.B. Reddy said the metro project will need further investment of 20-25 bln rupees.

* MEGA NIRMAN AND INDUSTRIES: Has signed a joint venture agreement with Sai Stone Crusher to provide financial support for the business of mining and supply of quarry stone products.

* MINDA INDUSTRIES: The board has appointed Sunil Bohra as group chief financial officer and key managerial personnel of the company with effect from Oct 1. The board has approved setting up a manufacturing plant of two-wheeler alloy wheels in Maharashtra with an investment of 5 bln rupees.

* NHPC: The 800-MW unit-II at the company's Parbati-II hydroelectric project has been successfully
synchronised with the grid.

* OIL & NATURAL GAS CORP: The government is planning a share buyback by the company to help meet the challenging divestment target for the year.

* RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS: One97 Communications, the parent company of Paytm, has moved insolvency court against Reliance Telecom, a subsidiary of the company, citing non-payment of dues.

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Subsidiary Reliance Jio Infocomm is preparing to launch fifth
generation telecom services within six months of spectrum allocation.

* RITES: The board has approved second tranche of investment of 2.47 mln rupees to subscribe to the company's joint venture BNV Gujarat Rail's right issue.

* SPICEJET: Has launched two new daily flights from Amritsar, to Bangkok and Goa, from Nov 6. Is in talks with Airbus to buy its A330neo wide-bodied planes.

* STERLING BIOTECH: Is in talks with lenders to settle its loans outside the insolvency and bankruptcy code.

* TATA MOTORS: After termination from the company, about 150 temporary workers from the company's Sanand plant staged protest at collector office in Ahmedabad demanding reinstatement.

* UJJIVAN FINANCIAL SERVICES: IIFL Mutual Fund-owned IIFL Select Series II has bought 0.74% stake or 901,000 shares of the company at 267.58 rupees apiece.

* USHA MARTIN: The board and management of the company are "fully committed" to the sale of its steel business to "discharge liabilities of its lenders".

* UTTAM VALUE STEELS: The resolution professional has sought approval from the committee of
creditors on eligibility criteria for submission of expression of interest by resolution applicants for the
company. The process to recover over 61 bln rupees of loans to the company and Uttam Galva Metallics has kick-started, with bids being invited for the two companies under the corporate insolvency resolution
process.

* VIDEOCON INDUSTRIES: Haier, Blackstone and Goldman Sachs are among the suitors considering making offers to buy the Videocon's consumer electronics business valued at close to $2 bln.
