* 63 MOONS TECHNOLOGIES: The Supreme Court has sought response from the company over a plea by Maharashtra government that seeks to attach assets of the company. The apex court, however, refused to interfere with the status quo in the case for now.

* ASTER DM HEALTHCARE: The Company has signed lease agreements for two new hospital projects in Bengaluru.

* BAJAJ ELECTRICALS: To raise 5 bln rupees through qualified institutional placement.

* BOSCH: The company has signed an agreement to sell its packaging machinery business for 1.45 bln rupees to Robert Bosch Packaging Technology GmbH, a subsidiary of parent Robert Bosch GmbH.

* CENTUM ELECTRONICS: The company has opened a new space facility at Yelahanka in Karnataka at an investment of nearly 500 mln rupees.

* DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORP: Has received a term sheet from Oaktree Capital, taking the global alternative investment management firm a step closer towards control of the housing finance company's entire project finance portfolio, which is estimated at about 380 bln rupees.

* DLF: Plans to focus more on food and beverages and allocate around 20% of space to the dining options across its project offerings.

* DOLPHIN OFFSHORE ENTERPRISES INDIA: The company's wholly-owned subsidiary Dolphin
Offshore Shipping's bank guarantee of 32.5 mln rupees in favour of Bulk MRO as payment security, has been invoked.

* ESCORTS: BlackRock has trimmed its stake in the company by selling 441,000 shares worth around 227 mln rupees through a market transaction.

* FINOLEX CABLES: Majority of promoters and public non-institutional shareholders of the company joined hands to defeat a key resolution to reappoint Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer Mahesh Viswanathan.

* HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES: The company is confident that it will be able to sustain a double digitteen growth rate over the next three-five years.

* HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP: Raised 20 bln rupees through the issuance of bonds maturing in three years at a coupon of 7.28%.

* INFOSYS: Securities and Exchange Board of India has shortlisted as many as seven companies, including the company, WIPRO and Accenture Solutions, for providing a data solution that can handle vast amount of data from multiple sources.

* INTELLECT DESIGN ARENA: The company has implemented its digital transaction banking platform for Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank.

* ITC: Shareholders have approved raising the basic salary of the top management from Oct 1.

* JSW STEEL: Will raise $400 mln through dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes to help finance capital expenditure and for other purposes.

* KAVERI SEED CO: To buy back up to 2.8 mln shares at up to 700 rupees per share, which is a 28% premium to today's closing price.

* LEMON TREE HOTELS: Maplewood Investment has sold 5.7% stake or 45.18 mln shares in the company at 57.51 rupees apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS: The company has set 7.95% dividend rate for its proposed private placement of 15 mln cumulative compulsorily redeemable non-convertible preference shares worth up to 1.5 bln rupees.

* MAJESCO: Avinew has chosen Majesco's US-based insurance subsidiary's P&C Core Suite on Majesco CloudInsurer as the foundation of its business operations.

* MINDTREE: The company's shareholders have approved the appointment of Debashis Chatterjee as chief executive officer and managing director, and Anilkumar Manibhai Naik as non-executive chairman.

* PENNAR INDUSTRIES: The company plans to double the manufacturing capacity of cold drawn welded tubes by setting up a plant in Hyderabad, investing 650 mln rupees.

* RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS: Bill Barney, chief executive officer of the company, has resigned from his post.

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Subsidiary Haptik said on Tuesday it had acquired Buzzo.ai, a Mumbai-based conversational commerce startup. Haptik is a conversational artificial intelligence firm that was acquired by Reliance Jio Infocomm.

* RELIANCE NIPPON LIFE ASSET MANAGEMENT: Trustees of the company have approved segregating the debt securities of Reliance Capital Ltd by Reliance Equity Hybrid Fund and Reliance Equity Savings Fund, with effect from Wednesday, Reliance Mutual Fund said.

* RPP INFRA PROJECTS: The company, along with its joint venture partner, has won an order worth 4.14 bln rupees for construction of a two-lane road in Myanmar--from Kaletwa to the border.

* SOUTHERN PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRIES CORP: The company has shut down its manufacturing plants for 30 days for maintenance and replacement of urea reactor.

* STATE BANK OF INDIA: Has approached the Securities and Exchange Board of India, seeking a one-time exception for mutual funds over a rule on segregation of assets so that they could be part of a resolution plan being worked on for DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORP.

* SUVEN LIFE SCIENCES: Has started phase-2A clinical trial of its G-3031 drug, used in the treatment of narcolepsy with or without cataplexy.

* VEDANTA: Is expanding its portfolio of value added products and plans to set up an aluminium flat-rolled products plant with an estimated capital expenditure of 25 bln rupees.

* ZEE ENTERTAINMENT ENTERPRISES: Lenders sold 6.8 mln pledged shares of the company on Friday.
