* ALEMBIC PHARMACEUTICALS: The US Food and Drug Administration has issued no observations to the company's active pharmaceutical ingredient facility in Panelav, Gujarat, after concluding inspection.
* BHARTI AIRTEL: The board will meet today to finalise its mega fundraising plans as it seeks to reduce debt and financing costs.
* BSE: Is now set to enter the farm segment and expand its bullion complex.
* CANARA BANK: To raise up to 30 bln rupees through issuances of additional tier-I perpetual bonds in one or more tranches, depending on market conditions and subject to necessary approvals.
* CMI FPE: Has bagged a contract from TATA STEEL to supply two continuous galvanising lines and one continuous annealing line at the latter's Kalinganagar project in Odisha.
* DABUR INDIA: Director Pradip Burman said the Enforcement Directorate's seizure order of some of his bonds were "unmerited and unlawful" and denied the agency's allegations of contravention of the Foreign Exchange Management Act.

* KAVVERI TELECOM PRODUCTS: Aspire Emerging Fund has sold 8.3% stake or 1.7 mln shares of the company at 8.10 rupees apiece through a bulk deal on the BSE.
* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA FINANCIAL SERVICES: Has raised 1.63 bln rupees through three marketlinked non-convertible debentures.
* MANAPPURAM FINANCE: Has raised 42.31 mln rupees through the issuance of non-convertible
debentures.
* MINDTREE: NEC Corp is competing with funds like KKR & Co and Advent International to buy Cafe Coffee Day owner V.G. Siddhartha's 20.3% stake in the company.
* OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORP: The board will consider a demand from the government to list its overseas investment arm ONGC Videsh on bourses.
* OM METALS INFRAPROJECTS: Got order worth 6.15 bln rupees from Rajasthan government.
* PNB HOUSING FINANCE: Is unaware of any plan by the Carlyle group to acquire promoter PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK'S stake in the company.
* PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK: The Central Bureau of Investigation has arrested 10 people in the 143.56- bln-rupee PNB fraud case.
* QUESS CORP: The board of the company has approved amendments to the composite scheme of
arrangement and amalgamation between the company and Thomas Cook (India).
* RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS: Ericsson is set to file a second contempt of court petition against company chairman Anil Ambani for failing to repay dues on time despite Supreme the Court's orders.
-The telecom licence of th company can be cancelled and its spectrum can be withdrawn if the company fails to make statutory and spectrum payments slated for early next year.
* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: The Public Accounts Committee of the Lok Sabha has sought a probe into the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons-led block management committee's decision of 2012, whereby the company's $1.53-bln development plan for four satellite gas discoveries in the KG-D6 block was approved without a third-party validation of planned capital expenditure.

* SARDA ENERGY & MINERALS: May try to acquire distressed companies UTTAM VALUE STEELS and Uttam Galva Metallics by bidding jointly with SSG Capital.
* SHRIRAM TRANSPORT FINANCE CO: Raised 4.25 bln rupees through two secured redeemable nonconvertible debentures on private placement basis.
* STATE BANK OF INDIA: Has set a coupon of 9.37% on its Basel-III compliant tier-I bonds.
* TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES: Has launched its next-generation cloud solution in Canada to help enterprises move along the digital curve.
-Has appointed Hanne Birgitte Breinbjerg Sorensen and Keki M. Mistry as additional and independent directors, effective Tuesday, for five years.
* TATA MOTORS: It will hike prices of commercial vehicles by 1.0-1.5% starting January due to rising input costs and fuel prices.
